Senior ETL Testing Specialist

We are looking for a seasoned Staff Engineer to lead ETL testing initiatives and contribute to the development of comprehensive test strategies.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop in-depth understanding of project requirements and business context to craft detailed test plans.
- Estimate test effort, prepare schedules, and allocate tasks while identifying constraints and dependencies.
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks aligned with project guidelines and best practices.
- Analyze potential risks, identify causes of problems, and suggest mitigation strategies.
- Presentation of measurable quality metrics, highlighting areas for improvement, and proposing optimization solutions.
- Total work experience: 5+ years.
- Hands-on experience in ETL Testing and Manual Testing.
- Strong knowledge of ETL Concepts and data movement processes.
- Proficiency in SQL with complex queries (Joins, Window Functions, Aggregations, Subqueries).
- Familiarity with Data Warehousing principles and Dimensional Modeling.
- Proficiency in Power BI for report and dashboard validation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Knowledge of Python for scripting and automation tasks.
Please note that we are seeking candidates with strong expertise in ETL testing, SQL, and automated testing frameworks.
