We are seeking dedicated and compassionate medical professionals to join our team as Remote Medical Advisors. The ideal candidates will have a background in BHMS, BDS, MBBS or Embryology and possess excellent communication skills for patient interaction via calls and video consultations.

The primary role is crucial in providing remote medical advice and support to patients interested in or seeking IVF treatment. Key Responsibilities include:

• Conducting telephonic and video consultations with patients.
• Providing medical advice and understanding patient conditions.
• Talking to valid patients who are looking for IVF treatment or want to explore IVF options.
• Aligning patients with IVF experts at different centres based on their convenience.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation using CRM systems.
• Scheduling and managing appointments with IVF experts.
• Following up with patients to monitor their progress, address any concerns, and check if they are still prospects.
• Collaborating with colleagues and centre to ensure patients get to the appointed IVF expert and visit the centre.
• Ensuring compliance with medical protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• BHMS, BDS, MBBS, or degree in Embryology.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in patient communication, including calls and video consultations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism.
