Senior Administrative Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Manager to lead our administrative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting senior management and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support and coordination across multiple teams and functions
  • Leading and supervising administrative staff to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Managing facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations
  • Developing and implementing processes for documentation and reporting
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures
  • Supporting special projects and initiatives as required
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 8+ years in an administrative role, with at least 4-5 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Proven experience managing office operations and facilities
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software (e.g., project management tools, scheduling software)
