About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Analyst to join our eDiscovery team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting substantive reviews and analyses of documents sets as part of the e-discovery process in US-based litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting document reviews and analyses to identify relevant information and support litigation efforts.
  • Communicating with legal teams and stakeholders to identify project objectives and protocols.
  • Facilitating discussions and trainings to ensure team understanding of project objectives and protocols.
  • Managing multiple priorities and expectations by working closely with business partners and team members.
  • Conducting legal research and summarizing relevant documents and regulations.
Required Qualifications
  • Law graduate with 5-7 years of experience in e-discovery processes.
  • Experience with Relativity or Ringtail e-discovery platforms is beneficial.
  • Relevant legal experience, including summarizing litigation cases, analyzing case documents, and providing end-to-end litigation support.
  • Excellent understanding of legal language and analytical skills.
  • Excellent English language skills - both written and spoken.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for regular communication with counterparts within and outside the US.
  • Moderate to high-level experience in Microsoft Office products (specifically Word and Excel).
