Our organization is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to manage recurring and ad-hoc reporting using Excel and other tools, conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover insights, trends, and optimization opportunities, and design, build, and manage interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to enhance visibility and decision-making for internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and clean CRM data, enhance data accuracy through third-party mapping and validation exercises, and perform whitespace and funnel conversion analysis to identify market opportunities. Additionally, the candidate will perform segment-level, territory-level, and industry-level insights to guide expansion efforts, address ad hoc analytical requests that inform acquisition and growth strategies, and provide strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a bias for action.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing recurring and ad-hoc reporting using Excel and other tools.
  • Conducting deep-dive analyses to uncover insights, trends, and optimization opportunities.
  • Designing, building, and managing interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI).
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and clean CRM data.
  • Enhancing data accuracy through third-party mapping and validation exercises.
  • Performing whitespace and funnel conversion analysis to identify market opportunities.

We are looking for candidates with 4+ years of experience in Data analytics and experience working with large sets of data & tools including Excel & SQL. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with Tableau/Power BI, SQL and/or Presto, Anaplan. Familiarity with CRM platforms and data quality principles is also required. Additionally, advanced knowledge of Excel & SQL, process improvement experience & mindset, analytical mindset with attention to detail and a bias for action, and strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
