About This Role- Develop and execute comprehensive leasing plans to meet organizational goals.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions to optimize revenue growth.
- Mentor and guide team members to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to facilitate mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and drive sales closures to meet overall team targets.
- Manage a team of professionals, ensuring they meet their Key Performance Indicators (KRAs) and contribute to the company's success.
- Maintain year-over-year revenue growth by identifying opportunities for expansion and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
- Track business milestones, identify gaps, and develop effective strategies to address them.
- Build relationships with clients and developers to identify early-stage opportunities and drive business growth.
- Participate in large transactions, support the team in closing deals, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare annual and monthly target vacancy lists, client identification reports, and other relevant data to inform business decisions.
- Closure exposure across asset classes, ensuring KRAs are met by the team and driving business growth.
- Drive sales closures, ensure overall team targets are met, and maintain a high level of employee engagement.
- Build and maintain a high-performing team through regular monitoring, feedback, and development opportunities.
- Ensure the implementation of policies related to work, health, and safety.
- Develop creative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve business outcomes.
- Approve all marketing communications, ensure consistency in messaging, and represent the company in a positive light.
- Conduct due diligence on market deals, share information with the team, and make informed decisions to optimize business results.
- Oversee research executives, managers, and other team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Regularly interact with clients to build confidence, strengthen relationships, and drive business growth.
- Review lead funnels, prioritize tasks effectively, and allocate resources efficiently to meet business objectives.
- Meet with at least 30 HNI/developer contacts each month, building relationships and driving business growth.
- Present monthly reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure training is conducted when required, upskilling employees to meet changing business needs.
- Meet individual and team targets, delivering results-oriented strategies and driving business success.
