Senior Director of Leasing Operations

Lead a high-performing team to drive revenue growth, manage leasing business, and deliver results-oriented strategies for the company.

About This Role
  • Develop and execute comprehensive leasing plans to meet organizational goals.
  • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions to optimize revenue growth.
  • Mentor and guide team members to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to facilitate mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and drive sales closures to meet overall team targets.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a team of professionals, ensuring they meet their Key Performance Indicators (KRAs) and contribute to the company's success.
  2. Maintain year-over-year revenue growth by identifying opportunities for expansion and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
  3. Track business milestones, identify gaps, and develop effective strategies to address them.
  4. Build relationships with clients and developers to identify early-stage opportunities and drive business growth.
  5. Participate in large transactions, support the team in closing deals, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  6. Prepare annual and monthly target vacancy lists, client identification reports, and other relevant data to inform business decisions.
  7. Closure exposure across asset classes, ensuring KRAs are met by the team and driving business growth.
  8. Drive sales closures, ensure overall team targets are met, and maintain a high level of employee engagement.
  9. Build and maintain a high-performing team through regular monitoring, feedback, and development opportunities.
  10. Ensure the implementation of policies related to work, health, and safety.
Requirements
  • Develop creative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve business outcomes.
  • Approve all marketing communications, ensure consistency in messaging, and represent the company in a positive light.
  • Conduct due diligence on market deals, share information with the team, and make informed decisions to optimize business results.
  • Oversee research executives, managers, and other team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Regularly interact with clients to build confidence, strengthen relationships, and drive business growth.
  • Review lead funnels, prioritize tasks effectively, and allocate resources efficiently to meet business objectives.
  • Meet with at least 30 HNI/developer contacts each month, building relationships and driving business growth.
  • Present monthly reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure training is conducted when required, upskilling employees to meet changing business needs.
  • Meet individual and team targets, delivering results-oriented strategies and driving business success.
