This individual will ensure compliance with SEBI and regulatory circulars, as well as uphold ISO certifications for BCP and Information and Cyber Security. Key responsibilities include reviewing governance controls, preparing the organization for audit compliance, and reviewing security and IT compliance reports. Additionally, this expert will review and update Information Security and BCP policies, IT and Security SOPs, BIA, and Crisis plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance to SEBI and regulatory circulars and requirements
  • Maintain ISO certifications for BCP and Information and Cyber Security
  • Review governance controls and prepare for audit compliance
  • Review Security and IT compliance reports
  • Update Information Security and BCP policies, IT and Security SOPs, BIA, and Crisis plans
  • Conduct Cyber and BCP Risk assessment and maintain Risk register
  • Cyber maturity assessment and calculate Cyber capability index

For this role, we seek candidates with a strong educational background, specifically a Full-time Graduation – B.E./B.Tech from a reputed institute. Ideal candidates should possess expertise in ISO 27001:2013 and Information and BCP. Certifications like ISO and CIS are also essential. Moreover, preference will be given to candidates from the BFSI sector, preferably with experience in AMCs, Banking, or NBFC backgrounds.
