Job Description

As a Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operation of industrial automation systems. Your key responsibilities will include integrating automation devices into production lines, developing integration guidelines and examples for PLCs, SCADA systems, and fieldbus communication protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration of automation devices into customers' production lines to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement integration guidelines and examples for PLCs, SCADA systems, and fieldbus communication protocols to ensure standardized processes.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting support to customers and internal teams to resolve complex issues effectively.
  • Train and mentor service engineers in industrial automation and communication systems to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with international experts to stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure successful project delivery and provide exceptional customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in industrial communication systems and PLC/SCADA integration.
  • Hands-on experience with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff PLCs, and SCADA tools (Codesys, WinCC, Wonderware, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively lead distributed teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Proactive and customer-oriented approach to deliver high-quality results and exceed customer expectations.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; Hindi and additional language knowledge is an added advantage.
