HealthCloud Specialist

Key Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume the position of HealthCloud Functional Consultant. This individual will work closely with a leading healthcare client, driving requirements gathering, solution design, and client education.

Main Responsibilities:

• Gather and document client requirements through workshops.
• Map healthcare processes into Salesforce HealthCloud solutions.
• Configure key components such as Care Plans, Patient/Provider data models, and workflows.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for HealthCloud features.
• Collaborate with Architects, Developers, and QA teams to deliver solutions.
• Provide training to client and internal teams on HealthCloud functionality.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in at least 2 HealthCloud implementations as a Functional Consultant.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare workflows, including screening, primary care, and aged care.
• Expertise in FHIR and HL7 standards.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Possession of Salesforce HealthCloud Consultant Certification is highly valued.
