Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative Design: Develop high-quality visual assets, including static posts, infographics, ads, and other creative materials tailored to meet campaign objectives.
  • Video Editing: Edit short-form and long-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads, Testimonials, Case Studies, Explainers) with smooth transitions, captions, and effects that captivate viewers.
  • Content Adaptation: Repurpose designs and videos for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Basic Motion Graphics: Create simple animations, text overlays, and graphics to enhance storytelling and convey complex ideas in a visually appealing manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Coral, as well as video tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
  • Understanding of social media formats & requirements (aspect ratios, resolutions, platform-specific content styles).
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, color theory, and layouts.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics & animation basics.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail, storytelling, and trend awareness.
