Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable specialist to manage denials and analyze accounts receivable. As an AR specialist, you will be responsible for identifying trends and areas for improvement in order to drive business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage denials and resolve issues with healthcare providers
  • Analyze accounts receivable to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve performance-linked incentives and retention bonuses

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in AR calling, with a focus on US healthcare
  • Proficiency in denial management and AR analysis
  • Ability to work in night shifts (3 PM - 12 AM)
