Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and build a professional HR organization that delivers results-driven solutions.
  • Manage company risk, governance, and compliance with expertise, minimizing potential liabilities.
  • Proactively anticipate and drive HR programs related to enterprise talent offerings, enhancing organizational capabilities.
  • Provide proactive advice and guidance to leaders on HR processes and programs, empowering informed decision-making.
  • Understand data environments and leverage insights in support of talent strategy development and execution, driving business outcomes.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to internal HR stakeholders, encouraging continuous learning and professional development.
  • Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled, maintaining a safety net.
  • Talent management: recruit, develop, and retain top talent, preserving competitive edge.
  • Manage vendor and customer contracts with strategic acumen, securing optimal terms.
  • Help implement systems for client retention, fostering lasting relationships.
  • Work with multiple teams to coordinate tasks, promoting collaborative efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 4 years of relevant work experience as a Human Resources Manager, delivering high-impact results.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams or projects requiring strong collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills, achieving consensus.
  • Experience partnering with leadership to provide proactive recommendations on business problems, projects, or initiatives, driving strategic growth.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging data and insights to influence stakeholder groups in a matrixed environment, navigating complex dynamics.
