Job Summary:

We're seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at CredFlow. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and stability of our products through automation testing, manual testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to ensure comprehensive test coverage for web, mobile, and API applications.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to define test strategies, ensuring the implementation of both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure rapid and reliable deployment cycles.
  • Develop and execute performance and load tests to validate scalability and resilience under various conditions.
  • Mentor junior quality engineers, guiding them in automation practices, tools, and test design.
  • Identify, log, and track defects found during automated and manual testing processes, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Continuously improve and maintain automated tests, ensuring they are up to date with changes in the application.
  • Document test cases, results, and issues clearly and concisely for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality of products and efficient testing within agile sprints.
  • Engage in manual testing as necessary, especially for exploratory testing, edge cases, and complex scenarios.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in quality engineering, with a focus on automation testing in agile environments.
  • Strong experience in test automation using frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar.
  • Expertise in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or Ruby.
  • Deep understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web application testing.
  • Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI) and techniques.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI to integrate test automation.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Knowledge of performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerized environments (Docker) is a plus.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
