We're seeking a seasoned Marketing Communications Manager to lead our brand storytelling and communication strategy across digital and offline channels. This high-visibility role will shape the world's perception of our organization.

About the Role:Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
  • Craft compelling narratives from complex product and customer success stories.
Marketing Materials
  • Create and manage decks, one-pagers, case studies, videos, and event materials.
  • Partner with customers to create and amplify their success stories.
Digital Presence
  • Manage and grow our social media presence (organic + paid).
  • Plan and execute Ads and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting enterprise accounts.
  • Promote thought leadership and customer stories across social platforms.
Events and Showcases
  • Drive brand presence at industry events and partner showcases.
  • Own pre-event communication, on-ground branding, and post-event follow-up campaigns.
Outreach and Campaigns
  • Leverage automation tools to run outreach and nurture workflows.
  • Design and execute cold email campaigns to targeted prospects.
  • Align ABM efforts with sales and partnerships.
Performance Tracking
  • Track performance of brand, social, and outreach initiatives.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strengthen brand positioning.
