Position: Backend Developer
Location: Remote
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Backend Developer. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services.
- Develop and optimize real-time communication systems leveraging Redis, WebSockets (Socket.io), and scalable database architectures.
- Implement caching strategies, performance tuning, and scaling solutions for high-traffic environments.
- Architect APIs and services that integrate seamlessly with our frontend and mobile clients.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with strong documentation for long-term scalability.
- Ensure system reliability, fault tolerance, and high availability in production environments.
- Coordinate with frontend team to build products.
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL/MySQL with proven ability in query optimization.
- Practical expertise with Redis for caching, messaging, and WebSocket-based communication.
- Solid understanding of scalable system design, asynchronous processing, and distributed architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and DevOps practices is a plus.
