Job Title: Front End Software Developer

We are seeking a skilled front end software developer to lead the creation of user interfaces for our web applications.

This role involves owning the design and development of web applications, ensuring they are scalable, fast, and meet the needs of thousands of our coaches and millions of users on the web.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces, optimizing application performance, fixing bugs, improving scalability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Your commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and quality products is crucial in this role. As a key member of our team, you will own end-to-end responsibility from requirement to release.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop user interfaces that are intuitive and engaging
  • Orient and optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
  • Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Owning end-to-end responsibility - right from the requirement to release

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Hands-on 2+ years of experience in development using React, React Hooks
  • Knowledge of Principles of Web Design
  • Experience in integrating with RESTful or Graph API endpoints
  • Version control using Git
  • Typescript
  • Unit/Integration testing
  • Developing with NodeJS
  • Developing with NextJs/Remix
  • SQL querying
  • Familiarity with MERN stack
