Job Overview

The role of a Data Engineer is to design, implement, and maintain large-scale data processing systems. This includes the extraction, transformation, and loading of data into databases or data warehouses.

The successful candidate will have experience with designing ETL processes using Tableau Prep, SSIS, and other ETL tools as per business requirements. They will also have exposure to data engineering using GCP Data Services and be able to ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the ETL process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement ETL processes using various tools and technologies.
  • Maintain and improve existing ETL processes to ensure they are scalable and maintainable.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and transform data to meet their needs.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot ETL pipelines to identify potential issues.


Requirements
  • 4-9 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of database structures and query performance tuning.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
