Senior Blockchain Developer

We are seeking an elite developer to build the next generation of decentralized applications on Cardano.
The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of functional programming principles and hands-on experience with Aiken and Haskell.
Responsibilities include developing, testing, simulating, and deploying high-assurance smart contracts in Aiken, architecting and implementing complex on-chain logic for DeFi protocols and marketplaces, and collaborating with backend developers to design the integration between Cardano's blockchain and clients' platforms.
This is a 100% remote contractual role that offers continuous high-impact work, flexibility, and the opportunity to shape the Cardano ecosystem directly.
Key qualifications include a proven track record of developing and deploying smart contracts on the Cardano blockchain, direct experience building DeFi protocols, token liquidity pools, order books, and sophisticated markets on Cardano, and a strong understanding of the UTXO model, Plutus scripts, and the entire Cardano stack.
Additionally, the candidate should have excellent collaboration skills, be able to seamlessly integrate their on-chain logic with off-chain backend infrastructure, and demonstrate a security-first mindset when writing code.
