WFO Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Verint Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for designing, building, deploying, and configuring WFO platforms in multiple environments.

You will possess a strong command of WFO technologies, server components, desktop applications, and telephony integrations. Your excellent documentation skills will enable you to develop and review best practice implementation processes.

You must be self-directed and able to work independently to meet deadlines. Additionally, you will participate in on-call rotation and provide technical support for WFO Implementation tasks, including server and operating system issues and network connectivity issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing, building, deploying, and configuring WFO platforms
• Maintaining expertise in WFO technologies, server components, desktop applications, and telephony integrations
• Developing and reviewing best practice implementation processes
• Participating in on-call rotation and providing technical support

Qualifications:

• Verint Work Force Optimization Certification
• Minimum 5 years technical experience with Windows and Active Directory system administration
• Strong experience with WFO, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, IVR/VRU, and Call Center practices
• Experience with the latest version of MS SQL: database structure, administration, performance tuning, and scripting
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and network topology

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of Work Force Management or Analytics
• VMware knowledge
• Knowledge of Apache web servers and SSL certificates
