Senior Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager/Associate Director to lead our business unit. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring daily service level metrics are met while maintaining high accuracy and meeting defined quality customer experience and efficiency requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Leading engagement accountability to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Managing personnel including hiring, training, performance assessment, planning, delegation of workload, coaching, and motivating to improve quality and quantity of work performed;
  • Ensuring deep understanding of practice portfolio objectives, driving strategy for assigned portfolio, and providing regular portfolio status updates and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project tasks assigned;
  • Driving transformation projects from operations, digital asset implementation, standard methodologies, framework case studies, benchmarking, making processes more efficient and effective;
  • Engaging with customers, understanding, and addressing customer pain points;
  • Providing direction and mentorship to operations teams for delivery of goals, promoting learning culture, building solid teams;
  • Aligning to customer goals, delivering on commitments consistently, foreseeing risks, being proactive and predictive, developing mitigation plans;
  • Building impactful customer relationships, improving Net Promoter Score, maintaining existing book business, driving revenue growth.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 14 years' experience within the relevant domain skill;
  • Experience managing complex service delivery, multi-group, multi-disciplinary projects preferably in the L&A Domain, with extensive exposure managing large teams;
  • Ability defining and executing projects within timelines, multiple stakeholders, delivering projects on time and budget.
