The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in delivering business operational support to critical systems in a regulated or quality-critical environment. You will have excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as strong data analytical and problem-solving skills. You will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail, significant experience with document and database management, excellent organization and time management skills, and a commitment to quality. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, drug development environment, and regulatory processes. They will also have experience working within databases and MS Team sites, familiarity with entry, tracking, and registration data management systems, and knowledge of project and programme management concepts and techniques.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating data collection for performance & compliance metrics, reporting dissemination, and follow-up for flagged events related to labelling activities. You will also assist with activities for the development, implementation, maintenance, and use of standards and processes to maximize quality and efficiency of continuous improvements. Additionally, you will provide support with building tools and defining processes for data analytics, modelling, transformation, integration, reporting etc. on business data to improve visibility of key performance indicators (KPIs), resource tracking, compliance monitoring, and forecasting. Main Responsibilities:
