About the Role:

The Business Finance Manager will provide financial insights and strategic analysis to drive financial performance and business outcomes. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals and operational strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide key performance indicators (KPIs) to support informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, and product teams on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
  • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly reporting processes
  • Analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, and present findings with actionable insights
  • Track and analyze key drivers
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies
  • Monitor spends and ensure alignment with financial targets
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for senior management
  • Conduct business case analysis and scenario planning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus)
  • 3+ years of experience in business finance, FP&A
  • Strong understanding of financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of operational metrics
  • Ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
  • Experience in similar industry is a plus
