Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned frontend development professional to lead the charge in crafting cutting-edge web applications. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of modern web frameworks, strong UI/UX sensibilities, and leadership skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership & Execution:
    • Oversight and evolution of frontend architecture.
    • Design and implementation of scalable and maintainable UI features.
    • Collaboration with cross-functional teams for cohesive feature delivery.
    • Contribution to full-stack development for seamless integration.
  • Team Mentorship & Code Quality:
    • Mentorship and guidance of junior and mid-level developers.
    • Establishment and enforcement of coding standards and design practices.
    • Driving engineering excellence through discussions, reviews, and evaluations.
  • Frontend Development & Integration:
    • Development of responsive, maintainable UIs using React.js, Vue.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
    • Integration with REST and GraphQL APIs for authentication, routing, and dynamic content.
    • Application of modular CSS techniques for optimized performance.
  • Performance, Accessibility, and Testing:
    • Optimization for speed, responsiveness, and accessibility.
    • Implementation and maintenance of unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
    • Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 6+ years in frontend development with expertise in React, Vue, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Proficiency in component-based architecture, UI/UX best practices, and scalable CSS.
  • Deep experience integrating frontend with REST and GraphQL APIs.
  • Strong foundation in software engineering principles, including SOLID and DRY.
  • Experience with modern frontend tooling (Vite, Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Prettier).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Full stack experience with Node.js, Express, or serverless backend environments.
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Storybook) and implementing pixel-perfect UIs.
  • Exposure to accessibility standards and performance audits.
  • Experience working in startup or agile product development environments.
