Job Opportunity: Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Graphic Designer to lead our design team and contribute to the visual identity of BHIVE Workspace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing captivating visual assets, including YouTube thumbnails, Instagram Reel covers, posters, and various social media graphics. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually captivating assets customized to the brand's needs (YouTube Thumbnails, Instagram Reel Covers, Posters, and platform-specific Social Media graphics).
  • Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to deadlines.
  • Collaborate on design initiatives by offering innovative ideas and maintaining brand consistency across all visual assets.
  • Oversee the development and execution of design projects, ensuring they align with the overall brand strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) to craft designs that resonate with the target audience.
  • Stay updated on design trends and integrate them seamlessly into projects, fostering creativity and innovation within the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and manage the execution of design projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating engaging visual content for digital platforms.
  • Preferably with a background in the real estate sector.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Experience with platform-specific design requirements for social media, including dimensions and best practices.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring junior designers.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
