Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance ServiceNow platform solutions, including PPM and ITSM.
  • Handle low and medium enhancement and development requests.
  • Manage incident priorities (P2, P3, and P4 incidents).
  • Create and enhance Catalog Items within the platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate solutions.
Mandatory Skills:

Good to Have:
  • Experience with ServiceNow Integration skills.
Qualifications:
