Director of Manufacturing Job Description

  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvement initiatives across all units to achieve consistent and sustainable results.
  • Global ManEx Processes: Ensure rigorous implementation of Global ManEx processes and standards through regular alignment reviews.
  • Auditable Improvements: Guide auditable improvements in employee technical capabilities, understanding of required processes, and culture shift with sustained results through annual unit audits.
  • Manufacturing Performance: Develop specific manufacturing performance improvement initiatives to optimize cost, eliminate waste, and improve operational flexibility.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in manufacturing leadership roles with a strong track record of process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Skillset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
