About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Content Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing restaurant listings and ensuring high-quality, accurate, and engaging content across our platform.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and consistency of our content, while also supporting the sales team with priority restaurant onboarding. If you have a passion for data management, content audits, and market research, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Restaurant Onboarding: Create and publish new restaurant listings with accurate information, images, and offers.
  • Listing Management: Regularly audit and update restaurant profiles to maintain accuracy and consistency in menus, offers, timings, and other details.
  • Data Management: Upload, maintain, and organize restaurant data efficiently across internal systems.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all content follows our guidelines for accuracy, tone, and brand standards.
  • Market Research: Monitor competitor platforms for new restaurant launches and updates.
  • Sales Support: Create a priority onboarding list for the sales team based on competitor tracking and market trends.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with design, tech, and sales teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with content management systems (CMS) a plus.
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
  • A proactive approach with interest in the food and hospitality industry.
