We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our statutory audit team.
- Audit planning, execution, and finalization with strong attention to detail.
- Adding value by applying specialist knowledge to client portfolios.
- Assisting in client management and relationship development through excellent communication skills.
- Maintaining compliance under various laws such as income tax act, sales tax, etc.
- Regular submissions/postings to knowledge databases for seamless information sharing.
- Cross-functional collaboration and coaching junior members of staff to enhance overall performance.
- Tight monitoring of time and costs during assignments to ensure optimal outcomes.
Key Qualifications:
- PG – Chartered Accountant qualification.
- 0-2 years post-qualification experience with a strong background in auditing and accounting standards.
- Proven ability to lead teams, prioritize tasks, and manage ambiguity effectively.
- Excellent presentation and English communication skills required.
Required Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of auditing and accounting standards.
- Ability to handle big statutory audit assignments earlier.
- Team player with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for success in this role.
