Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Architect. The successful candidate will plan and design functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed design plans, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, and ensuring projects are completed on time.
The role also involves coordinating with other professionals, inspecting work during construction, and ensuring final designs meet quality standards and client expectations. This includes:
- Creating detailed design plans and 3D models
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Inspecting work during construction to ensure quality and timelines are met
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Work experience from 0 to 4 years in Construction planning, 3D Elevation, 3D Plan, interior Designs and projects
