The Senior Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in collecting, evaluating, and communicating business requirements for developing new or modifying existing enterprise business applications.

  • Participates in system requirements definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of enterprise-wide business applications.
  • Solicits business requirements through interviews, workshops, and/or existing system documentation or procedures.
  • Documents analysis results using appropriate templates and tools.
  • Makes recommendations regarding necessary changes on deliverables expected from other groups.
  • Works with development groups to ensure an integrated business solution.
  • Demonstrates a clear understanding of our business and business processes.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience required to perform essential job functions.
  • Additional experience qualifier (optional): 4+ years of general business analysis experience.
  • Strong knowledge of techniques and tools utilized in functional design, data analysis, and data flow diagramming.
  • Experience gathering requirements, functional design, and working with business processes.
  • Proven ability to work in technical environments that use tools involved in data flow diagramming, data analysis, issue tracking, and documentation and presentation.

  • Document and manage requirements throughout the product lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
  • Development of business requirements in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional teaming across all organizational levels.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.
  • Strong experience in SQL and Data Analysis.
