The Strategic Plan Lead plays a pivotal role at Orange Business, driving forward the department's strategic initiatives with unwavering commitment.
Key responsibilities encompass developing and evaluating the department's Strategic Plan, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational goals and values through collaborative efforts with various stakeholders.
Strategic Planning:
Create a comprehensive Strategic Plan for the department, establishing clear and measurable objectives that harmonize with business objectives. This involves identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing market trends, and devising targeted strategies to drive growth and improvement.
Evaluation and Adjustment:
Oversee the evaluation and necessary adjustments of the strategic plans to guarantee effectiveness and relevance. This includes monitoring progress, analyzing data, and making informed decisions to optimize strategy and resource allocation.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
Foster close collaboration with business counterparts to facilitate the setup and implementation of the strategy plan. Encourage open communication and collaboration to ensure seamless alignment with organizational goals and values.
Financial Accuracy and Data-Driven Decision Making:
Cultivate a strong partnership with department Finances to ensure the accuracy of quantitative information related to the strategic plan. Leverage data analysis and financial insights to inform decision-making and drive strategic planning.
Roadmap Development and Project Management:
Partner with department stakeholders and business stakeholders to build a yearly project roadmap based on organizational values, ensuring consistent follow-up and updates. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic management and leadership roles.
- A proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans that drive business growth and improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to engage with diverse stakeholders and drive cross-functional partnerships.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in project management, with expertise in Agile methodologies and project planning tools.
- Familiarity with financial analysis and reporting, including budgeting and forecasting.
