Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Senior Software Engineer in Qlik Administration with expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of infrastructure automation and configuration, management tools like Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, cloud SDK & StackDriver.

This position entails configuring and administering Qlik Sense sites using Qlik Management Console (QMC), defining and activating tagging rules/Logging rules, publishing, reloading, duplicating, importing, or deleting Qlik apps.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for managing tasks and triggers for Qlik sites, controlling access, tokens, and permissions for users, controlling content security based on security rules, managing data connections and extensions to select and load data.

This includes synchronizing content and users of Qlik sites, troubleshooting issues regarding access, data visualizations, display issues, streams, and performance, installing and configuring the development, test, UAT and production environments on various platforms.

The successful candidate will plan and maintain upgrades, patches, and hot fixes for Qlik, ensure proper scheduling via Nprinting, monitor the Qlik environment, and check the usage/performance of the environment, reports, etc.

They should have experience with automate build and deploy jobs, maintain and administrate GitHub account, monitor requests and key metrics for cloud resources, customize the user experience: provisioning rules and UI policies, troubleshoot and resolve operating system, application, and networking issues in a complex and highly-regulated multi-region multi-cloud environment.
