We're seeking a passionate and experienced software engineer who shares our vision of creating a trusted, scalable, and compliant platform to operate with speed, efficiency, and quality.

Your primary focus will be on architecting and developing the FinHub platform for financial data, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided to stakeholders. You'll work closely with management and stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps, manage individual projects, prioritize deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including expertise in architecting big data systems using technologies like Apache Spark and Hive. Experience in uplevelling junior engineers and fostering high-quality code and software engineering processes is also essential.

You'll collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to turn our vision into a tangible roadmap every quarter. Your positive energy and ability to make your coworkers feel included in every interaction will be contagious.

  • Architect and develop the FinHub platform for financial data
  • Provide technical structure to teams and work closely with management and stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps
  • Manage individual projects priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with your technical expertise
  • Mentor and train other team members on design techniques and coding standards
  • Write high-quality, well-tested code to meet the needs of customers
  • Hands-on with coding
  • Plan and implement the multi-year strategy for Finhub engineering with the technical leadership on your team
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to turn our vision into a tangible roadmap every quarter
