Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in civil engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise site activities, ensuring work execution as per drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors and laborers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and manage resources such as manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently.
  • Ensure timely completion of project milestones as per schedule.
  • Maintain accurate records including daily progress reports, material usage, and work measurement.
  • Assist in preparing schedules, measurement sheets, and work bills.
  • Conduct regular quality checks for concrete, steel, shuttering, finishing works, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with IS codes, company standards, and safety norms.
  • Resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with project managers and consultants.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in site design, land development, and land use permitting.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and other project planning tools is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
