Job Description

As a seasoned Power Platform Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the design and development of innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

With a strong background in leading technical teams and collaborating with business stakeholders, you will be responsible for understanding requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and providing expert guidance to the development team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Providing technical guidance and support to the development team
  • Conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices are followed to deliver high-quality results
  • Leading by example, mentoring, and coaching other developers to strengthen their skills
  • Fostering T-Shaping and capability growth within the Low-Code Team
  • Maintaining a Zero Trust mindset to ensure secure and compliant solutions built on the Power Platform
  • Collaborating closely with the Product Architect on solution designs for future-proof Low-code solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • 12-16 years of relevant experience working with the Microsoft stack and Power platform development
  • Graduate from a reputed institute
  • Relevant certifications
