Cloud Computing Data Engineer

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled data engineer with expertise in cloud computing and big data technologies. The successful candidate will have experience working with Azure Databricks, Scala, and PySpark.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop reusable software modules that meet customer requirements while upholding high standards of reliability, security, maintainability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product technical architecture.
- Maintain and document deliverables in project management tools as needed.
- Participate in peer reviews for designs, code, and other work products and agile ceremonies.
- Perform software quality assurance, including all types of testing.
Requirements:
- 4 or more years of experience working on Azure Databricks using Scala, PySpark.
- 4 or more years of experience on cloud platform infrastructure.
- 4 or more years of full software development life cycle experience.
- Knowledge about DevOps and infrastructure as code.
- 3 or more years of experience with database management systems.
- 4 or more years of experience with programming languages such as Scala or Python.
