Job Title: Data Management Expert
About the RoleCognizant is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Data Management Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative data management solutions using Talend.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data testing and management, with experience in working with EDI file generation and real-time data provisioning.
Key Responsibilities- Create Talend jobs for data ingestion, transformation, and delivery.
- Manage schemas, reusable metadata, and dynamic schema propagation in Talend Studio.
- Integrate Talend with Cognizant's TDM platforms for batch processing, EDI file generation, and real-time data provisioning.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant hands-on experience in Talent Testing / TDM.
- Talend-Specific Development Skills: Job Design and Orchestration, Metadata Management, and Integration with TDM Platforms.
- Core TDM Capabilities: Data Profiling, Sub-setting, Masking, and Generation, Self-Service TDM Portals, and Data Virtualization and Mining.
- Advanced Use Cases: Healthcare EDI File Creation, Performance Optimization, and AI-Augmented TDM.
