We are seeking a seasoned Ruby on Rails expert to spearhead the development of our cutting-edge applications.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing scalable, high-performance applications using Ruby on Rails
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
  • Writing clean, maintainable code and tests to ensure the highest quality product
  • Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in software development with Ruby on Rails (4+ years)
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
  • Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
Technical Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) as well as developing APIs and RESTful services
  • Experience with Action Cable, TDD and BDD with RSpec, JWT tokens, and deployment on AWS
  • Ability to identify bugs and propose efficient solutions
