Security Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Security Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing security measures, managing incidents, and configuring network security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage security measures to protect computer systems, networks, and information.
  • Deploy and maintain proxy servers to ensure secure internet access.
  • Provide expert management of security incidents, including detection, analysis, and response.
  • Configure and maintain Cisco VPN solutions for secure remote access.
  • Administer Zscaler Internet Access for secure and fast internet connectivity.
  • Manage Zscaler Private Access for secure access to internal applications.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security measures into all aspects of the IT infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Provide training and support to employees on security best practices and incident response.
  • Monitor security alerts and logs to detect and respond to potential threats.

Qualifications:

  • Must have extensive experience in security engineering, including proxy implementation, incident management, and network security.
  • Should have a strong understanding of IT business support and its impact on security measures.
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Should have strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on ensuring the security and integrity of IT systems.
  • Should have the ability to adapt to changing security landscapes and emerging threats.
  • Must be proactive in identifying and mitigating security risks.
  • Should have a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest security technologies and trends.
  • Must have a strong understanding of network security principles and practices.
  • Should have experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures.
  • Must be able to provide clear and concise documentation of security measures and incidents.
