UI Experience Designer

We're seeking an innovative and user-focused UI Developer to craft intuitive, interactive, and visually appealing user interfaces. Our ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, understands user interaction principles, and excels at transforming design concepts into engaging digital experiences.

  • Prioritize user needs and preferences to deliver seamless digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with UX designers and product teams to bring design concepts to life.
  • Ensure pixel-perfect translation of designs into interactive UIs that meet accessibility standards.
  • Develop responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible interfaces that deliver smooth, high-quality experiences.
  • Optimize rendering performance for fast and seamless interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create user interface components that align with our brand's visual identity and tone.
  • Craft engaging and interactive experiences that exceed user expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional experience as a UI Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling practices (SCSS, Styled Components, etc.).
  • Experience in responsive design and deep knowledge of accessibility (WCAG standards).
  • Ability to work with Figma or similar tools to translate visual designs into production-ready UIs.
  • Understanding of UI performance optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with JavaScript UI behaviors, animations, and micro-interactions.
  • Experience with React.js, Vue.js, or similar frameworks (basic working knowledge only).
  • Knowledge of SVG, canvas, or lightweight visualization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with utility-first CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind).
  • Agile/Scrum team exposure.
