About the Role

We're seeking an exceptionally talented UI/UX cum Product Designer to join our team. This role involves working closely with product managers and developers to design intuitive, high-quality interfaces that elevate user experience.

The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and passionate about user-centered design and visual storytelling. This is a hands-on role, suitable for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to see their ideas come to life.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design Engaging User Interfaces:
  • Develop UI Mockups, Wireframes, and Interactive Prototypes: Utilize Figma and/or Adobe XD to create interactive prototypes.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.
  • Apply Design Thinking Principles: Use human-centered design thinking principles to solve UX problems and improve product usability.
  • Maintain Consistency: Adhere to brand guidelines and style standards (fonts, colors, icons, etc.) to ensure consistency in design.
  • Conduct Design Reviews: Gather feedback and iterate based on user needs and business goals.
  • Create Visual Assets: Develop visual assets as needed, including icons, logos, and branding materials using tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Research design trends, user behavior, and competitor products to inspire new ideas.
