Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Time Japanese facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the Japanese language, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for teaching and learning.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and prepare content for daily classes, including presentations and lesson plans.
  • Conduct online classes as per timetable, maintaining high standards of teaching and student engagement.
  • Effectively use different learning resources and platforms provided by the school, aligned with learning objectives.
  • Plan, prepare, and execute continuous informal and formal assessments of students.
  • Proactively respond to parent communications and concerns on the Learning Portal.
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to Schools policies, including child safety and cyber security.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Japanese language and literature, education, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in teaching Japanese language in School.
  • Familiarity with curriculum standards and assessment methods.

Essential Requirements

  • Knowledge of modern teaching methods and technologies.
  • Willingness to work full-time from 9 am to 5:45 pm, six days a week.
  • Good laptop/desktop with HD web camera and microphone.
  • Hi-speed Internet (Broadband or Fiber Connection).
  • Willingness to work from Home with focus and dedication.
