Job Description

We are currently seeking an AV Infrastructure Engineer - Wintel to join our team in India.

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, a graduate diploma in any discipline and good technical skills in solving VC Audio-Video Related Issues.

The role involves coordinating with vendors for any ongoing VC equipment issues, setting up and operating video, audio and lighting equipment used to enhance live events, and providing technical support for corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with GCO team for room based conference and day-to-day VCs
  • Assist clients for connecting VC before the event starts
  • Connect the presentation if any from the main venue
  • Assist users on Desktop Video system
  • Townhall Support: Guide the coordinator on the booking process, VC rooms and AV bridge booking, Conference call with external vendor to understand the requirement and setup
  • Arrange for telephone lines, instruments and communication line joining the audio bridge etc.
