Job Title

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of AI Agent Workflow Developer. As an AI Agent Workflow Developer, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with our team to design, develop, and maintain intelligent agent workflows.

  • Build and maintain AI agent workflows using open-source frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, and CrewAI.
  • Integrate n8n and other automation tools for workflow automation pipelines and external service connections.
  • Connect agents with APIs, databases, and third-party tools to optimize workflows for speed, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with our team on rapid prototyping and iteration cycles to deliver high-quality results.
  • Document workflows and share best practices with the team to ensure knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of AI agent frameworks and workflow automation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Python for agent logic and integrations.
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to troubleshoot and debug automations.
  • Comfortable working remotely and communicating clearly with the team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience with automation platforms or AI development (internships/projects count).
  • Experience with + React for front-end integration.
  • Familiarity with Firebase and cloud deployment workflows.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and multi-agent coordination.
