- Identify and address skills gaps among sales staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance performance.
- Manage budgets for sales-related expenses, including bonuses, marketing, and travel.
- Enhance the company's product offerings and services to attract new customers and increase sales.
- Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination or administration is highly desirable.
- Strong team development and leadership skills.
- Excellent computer literacy and administrative skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
