Key Requirements:

  • Graduation or relevant Diploma from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a skilled Interior Designer
  • Led and delivered multiple Residential Modular Projects
  • Expertise in design tools, presentation software, AutoCAD
  • Strong knowledge of conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard)
  • Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation)
  • Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning)
  • Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details)
  • Creating Bills of Quantity for customers, Coordinating with internal & external agencies
  • Sales Closure through logical & trusted Sales pitch, Driving and leading Design meetings
  • Result-oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication
  • High willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members
