Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our International Real Estate Services business execution team. As a Payment Processing Officer, you will be responsible for processing various nature of invoices, coding vendor details, and managing payment workflows.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and business strategy skills, as well as strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. They will also have experience in financial services in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders.

  • This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent problem-solving skills.
About This Role

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing various types of invoices for smooth payment to vendors and contractors.
  • Coding vendor details like supplier information, payment sites, amounts, taxes, etc., in the P2P system for raising Purchase requisitions.
  • Processing and verifying payment transactions for accuracy and completeness.
  • Managing payment workflows, ensuring timely and secure execution of transactions.
  • Resolving payment-related issues and disputes effectively.
  • Maintaining detailed records of transactions and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Maintaining supplier invoice payment trackers on a daily basis.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of payment processing policies and procedures.

  • A minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in financial services in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders.
