Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

This role involves:

  • Using the structure and Integration management playbook to plan out the integration process for upcoming Innovaccer Acquisitions
  • Understanding how the acquired company manages its business, where the competition is going, and major trends in the respective industry
  • Developing a Day 1 plan so the integration starts smoothly
  • Creating a communication plan for employees in both companies and all other stakeholders
  • Tracking metrics, OKRs, and a cadence in place for measuring success against defined criteria
  • Assisting with the launch of functional integration teams
  • Briefing the acquired management team and employees on the integration process
  • Escalating issues requiring senior-level input
  • Managing interdependencies between functions
  • Evaluating risks associated with an integration and mitigating them to the most reasonable extent possible
  • Ensuring exit criteria are met
  • Capturing lessons learned and recommendations for future acquisitions
  • Defining key corporate OKRs, supporting metrics, and templates for weekly and quarterly reviews
  • Driving business reporting around OKRs and key initiatives
