Cloud Platform Expert Sought

We are searching for a skilled Cloud Platform Engineer to contribute to the management and optimization of our cloud infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Define and provision cloud infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring it is scalable, reliable, and cost-effective.
  • Automate configuration and management of systems using Ansible, improving efficiency and reducing manual errors.
  • Monitor system performance and application metrics using DataDog, identifying and resolving issues before they impact users.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery of applications.
  • Explore and implement new tools and practices to enhance DevOps processes and improve overall system reliability and performance.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of cloud principles and services, with experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Azure.
  • Knowledge of Terraform allows you to define and manage infrastructure as code efficiently.
  • Familiarity with using Ansible or other CM tools for configuration management and automation.
  • Experience with DataDog or other visibility platforms enables effective monitoring and optimization of system performance.
  • Solid foundation in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Collaborative mindset and effective communication skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest Cloud Platform tools and practices.
