Job Title: Principal Integrations Consultant

This role is part of our Alvaria CX Business Unit team, and as a key member, you will play a pivotal part in delivering bespoke software solutions that integrate seamlessly with our CX product suite. Your expertise will help us meet specific customer requirements, driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery: Lead and execute customer-facing projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results within defined scope and budget.
  • Application Development: Design, develop, and implement applications based on high-level specifications and logical workflows, ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and iterate on business application prototypes, incorporating stakeholder feedback.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, promoting successful project outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Innovation: Drive innovation by developing solutions that support the organization's strategic objectives, contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Specialized Knowledge & Skills: Proficient in Microsoft .NET (C#/.NET Core), experienced in developing and deploying enterprise-grade applications, with skills in supporting technologies and frameworks.
  • Scripting: Experienced in scripting, with proficiency in Python and familiarity with other scripting languages.
  • Databases: Skilled in relational and NoSQL databases, with a preference for Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, and Amazon DynamoDB.
  • API Design: Strong background in API design and development, emphasizing building and consuming microservices architectures.
  • Cloud Services: Practical experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including hands-on use of various AWS services.
  • CRM Integrations: Knowledgeable in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system integrations, with preferred experience integrating with Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
  • RESTful API: Deep understanding of RESTful API principles to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient data exchange.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experienced in Agile software development methodologies, particularly within a Scrum framework, and proficient in using tools such as JIRA for task and project management.
  • CI/CD: Familiar with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and tooling, including Jenkins, to support automated and efficient software delivery pipelines.
  • Automation: Proficiency in automation and performance testing, ensuring application reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Containerization: Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
  • Domain Expertise: Possesses domain expertise in Alvaria products, providing a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and ensuring effective solution delivery within this platform.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
